1. How long until I receive my first issue?
You will gain access to your first issue immediately after you complete the online subscription process. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact the website administrator who will then set up your subscriber account.

2. How do I access my subscription content?
First, log in as a subscriber by typing your email address and password in the "My Account" box on the home page. You should seethe current issue's Editor's Foreword on your screen. Click on "My Issues" on the top of the page and a list of all your paid issues will appear. Simply click on the issue you wish to read. Please note that the links on the left side of the page are informational in nature and do not link you to your issues.

3. How many issues will I receive with a subscription?
For each year of your subscription, you will receive four issues of The Diversity Factor.

6. How do I change my subscription address?
To change your subscription address (email address or mailing/billing address) log in to the site with your email address and password. After the welcome screen launches, click on "My Personal Info" to access the page where your address information is stored. Fill out the form with the correct information and then click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. Your new information will then be saved and stored.

7. Can I pay for subscription renewal with a credit card?
You may pay for your subscription and subsequent renewals with your credit card via our online payment system; we accept MasterCard and Visa.

8. Can I pay for a new subscription with a check or money order?
You may pay for your subscription with a check or money order if you contact the website administrator to arrange that payment.

9. What is the difference between an individual, institutional and corporate subscription?
An individual subscription allows one person to subscribe and access content via our website. Institutional subscriptions, which are purchased primarily by libraries and institutions, provide access to a broad base of library or institutional customers. Corporate subscriptions, or site licenses, allow a portion of or all employees of a company to access the e-journal usually via the company's intranet.

12. If I purchase a subscription, why don't I receive complete
archival access to the back issues?
When you subscribe to The Diversity Factor you gain access to the current issue and three future issues. Like most print and electronic publications, we do not offer back issues with our subscriptions. You may, however, purchases back issues directly from our site.
